Timeable — End User Agreement

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Timeable, operated by Timeable Australia Pty Ltd (“Timeable”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By using Timeable (timeable.com.au), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must cease using Timeable immediately.


Definitions

In these terms:

“Services” means the Timeable platform, including all features, integrations, content, and functionality.

“Subscription Account” means an account with the ability to add or deactivate users.

“User Content” means any content created or uploaded by any user.

“Third Party Content” means content provided by third parties.

“Third Party Integrations” means integrations with third party services including accounting, payroll, communication, and other services.

“You” means the organisation or person using Timeable, including your employees, contractors, and authorised users.

“Your Content” means any content created or uploaded by You.

“Privacy Policy” means our Privacy Policy located at www.timeable.com.au/privacy-policy.


Nature of Services

Timeable provides workforce rostering and scheduling software.

Timeable is software only and does not provide payroll, accounting, legal or employment advice.


Third Party Integrations

Timeable may integrate with third party providers including Xero, MYOB and other providers.

You acknowledge that:

- Third party services are outside Timeable control

- Integrations may change or break

- Timeable is not liable for third party issues

You authorise Timeable to transmit data to and from connected systems.


Data Accuracy

You are responsible for verifying all data exported from Timeable prior to payroll or accounting use.

Timeable is not responsible for incorrect data entered by users.


Service Availability

Timeable does not guarantee uninterrupted service.


Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non refundable except as required by law.


Additional SaaS and Integration Terms

Third Party Accounting Integrations

Timeable integrates with third party accounting and payroll providers including but not limited to Xero and MYOB.

You acknowledge and agree:

- These services are controlled by third parties

- Timeable does not guarantee availability of integrations

- Integration functionality may change without notice

- Timeable is not responsible for third party outages or API changes

You authorise Timeable to:

- Access your connected accounting systems

- Transmit roster and timesheet data

- Sync information between platforms

Timeable is not responsible for:

- Payroll errors

- Accounting errors

- Tax calculations

- Incorrect pay rates

- Incorrect leave balances

You remain responsible for verifying all payroll and accounting information.

No Employment or Payroll Responsibility

Timeable provides rostering and workforce management tools only.

Timeable is not responsible for:

- Award interpretation

- Fair Work compliance

- Overtime calculations

- Break compliance

- Leave entitlements

- Payroll compliance

Service Changes

Timeable may modify features at any time.

Data Export

Upon termination data may be deleted after 30 days.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Timeable liability is limited.

Timeable may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Refunds

Fees are non refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

Access continues until end of billing period.

Suspension

Timeable may suspend accounts for:

- Non payment

- Breach of terms

- Security risks
